We are seeking an energetic Talent Acquisition Professional to join our growing team. The right candidate will have the vision and capability to articulate our authentic employment brand, build a pipeline of qualified candidates for a variety of technical and non-technical positions, and to partner with our leadership team to assist them in hiring top talent. This is a unique opportunity for a talent acquisition professional to build a program to scale for the future.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
• Build a strong talent acquisition infrastructure
o Create a compelling employment brand via online presence, marketing materials, and engaging job postings.
o Develop and implement a comprehensive hiring process and toolkit that supports our leaders and ensures consistency in our hiring practices.
o Utilize best-in-class strategies to identify top talent, source passive candidates, and build a talent pipeline.
o Participates in networking events to build Involta brand.
• Partner with management to hire top talent
o Build a pipeline of talent by participate in college and university recruitment programs and implementing other creative strategies.
o Partner with leadership teams to build hiring personas for hard to fill positions.
o Work with managers to create a recruitment plan for each position, including job posting, sourcing, and selection process.
o Post positions and manage incoming applicants.
o Participate in selection process, including phone screens, in-person interviews and administration of pre-employment testing.
o Extend offers of employment and manage negotiation with final candidates, with support of management.
• Manage talent acquisition operations.
o Develop and execute recruitment strategies that align with the organization’s strategic plan and build a bench of diverse candidates.
o Oversee and serve as subject matter expert of applicant tracking system (insert what it is?)
o Manage talent acquisition metrics including time to hire and cost per hire and reports metrics to HR Directly on a monthly basis. (?)
o Ensure recruitment processes are aligned with federal and local laws.
o Partner with HR team to support new employee orientation and other programs.
Requirements
Education and Experience:
• Bachelor’s Degree preferred
• Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in lateral recruiting, within a fast paced environment required
• Minimum of 3-5 years of experience managing stakeholders (internal or external) and managing candidates through the recruiting process
• Excellent sourcing, selection, negotiation and communication skills
• Demonstrated ability to manage confidential processes and documents
• Strong networking and referral building skills
• Knowledge of industry standards, best practices and procedures

• Ability to identify key issues in a situation and to think creatively and strategically in facing internal and external challenges.
• Effective leadership and the ability to coach, mentor and motivate a staff of business and technical professionals.
• Effective oral and written communications.
