What are the responsibilities and job description for the Store Manager position at Invoy?

Responsibilities:
- Oversee all store operations. Maintain proper inventory levels by collaborating with Invoy headquarters. Manage staff recruitment, training and scheduling.
- Ensure the store remains clean and presentable at all times.
- Bring the Invoy experience to customers, helping them get the most out of Invoy. Help build customers' trust in our products, people, and services.
- Assist in basic troubleshooting of the device and/or mobile app.
- Cultivate excitement around products, launches, programs, and initiatives.
- Build rapport with Invoy store customers, identifying needs and opening channels of communication between them and our team.
- Represent Invoy’s value system in your work with customers: Data-driven, Life-long Learning, Compassion, Accountability, Resourcefulness, and being Bold.

Required Experience:

- Demonstrated leadership ability with at least five years of experience in a customer-facing retail setting.
