lnXpress Global Ltd, a top-ranked international franchise company located in South Jordan, is seeking a detail oriented UPS Support Specialist. As a UPS Support Specialist your role will be to work colesly with carrier partners, franchisees and internal staff to enhance the customer experience by providing a quick and accurate resolution. You will be responsible for managing and documenting current processes to identify areas to increase efficiency. This position will be reporting to the Help Desk Manager.
Key Responsibilities:
- Review and resolve emails, phone calls, and tickets quickly and accurately
- Research and resolve complex inquiries
- Gain an expert level understanding of UPS processes within InXpress Document current processes
- Document areas for improvements within current process
- Work closely with franchisees, internal staff, and carrier partners to resolve inquiries to continuously improve processes
- Ability to work in a fast paced environment
Required Qualifications:
- High School Diploma required
- Customer service experience
- 1-3 years experience taking escalated calls
- Experience resolving complex inquiries
- High degree of accuracy and attention to detail
- Ability to work independently with little instruction and can adapt to change
- Good communications and teamwork
- Strong critical thinking and problem solving skills
- Knowledge of Microsoft Excel (Preferred)
- Knowledge in shipping (Preferred)
