Enterprise Application Administrator

Purpose of this Position: This position is responsible for administrating basic functions for McLeod enterprise applications such as NetSuite, UKG, and others as assigned. This position will learn the high level processes and procedures of NetSuite, perform administration of new users, changes in roles, and moving code from Sandbox to Production following company guidelines. With additional training, this position will learn SuiteScript and other skills to perform approved changes to NetSuite processes within the McLeod guidelines. This person will learn existing McLeod software packages and how the data is stored and used and participate in governance activities. The individual communicates with departments throughout the company to identify areas of concern, enhancements, and corrections.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned.

1. Review and learn NetSuite and how McLeod as implemented the software.
2. Learn McLeod processes and procedures as they relate to NetSuite
3. Add and remove NetSuite users when requested.
4. Be heavily involved with all NetSuite changes and updates.
5. Become key part of NetSuite governance procedures to ensure integrity of the system and data.
6. Learn SuiteScript to provide necessary changes, debugging, and enhancements as needed under the governance guidelines and IT procedures.
7. Interacts with all appropriate departments involved in each change situation and is responsible for ensuring all necessary corrections are made within established quality and productivity standards.
8. Responds in a timely manner to notification regarding system or process errors.
9. Solicits assistance from technical support as needed.
10. Contributes to design of enterprise tools, applications, and processes to ensure optimal workflows and overall efficiency in carrying out position responsibilities
11. Assists as needed with the identification, development, and validation of training curriculum as it pertains to ongoing enterprise software and process activities.
12. Performs other duties as assigned.

Competencies:

• • Knowledge and experience in enterprise applications/ERP systems, data analysis, business processes, table structures, basic SQL is preferred but not required.

Education/Experience:

Associates or bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, Business, Information Systems or other related fields OR three to five years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
