Design the best control systems for buildings using your experience and training and our software and tools.
Plan and execute system specification, design, architecture, and development.
Deliver quality via Commissioning/Emulation, Testing, and Simulation, as well as direct oversight and inspection of systems design, installation, and programming.
Maintain and improv client relationships with all engineering disciplines and identify and develop new business opportunities.
Ensure Building Automation systems are optimized and ready to meet the mission of controlling and monitoring all the points without alarms and overrides.
Program all graphics, displays, and other cool human interactions on control systems.
Here’s what you need:
Proficiency (3 years) with BACnet standards and controls system design, including HMIs is preferred. Other related HVAC or industrial automation, programming, or installation experience may be substituted based on skill set of candidate.
Proficiency (2 years) with field programming specifically with Metasys™, DisTech™, or Niagara™.
Demonstrable knowledge of Automation Networks such as BACnet, LON, MODBUS, and others, and specifically Industrial/Automation IP networking.
Proficiency in layout and selection of Building Automation technology, components, and connectivity.
Bonus points if:
You have an OSHA 30 hour certificate
You have a bachelor’s degree in engineering or another related discipline, or a 2-year associates degree in BAS, HVAC Controls, or HVAC engineering technologies.
The range of starting pay for this role is $96,000 - $149,800 based on your ability and experience.
