Technical Implementation Project Manager

The Technical Implementation Project Manager is a client-facing role critical to customer success for Delivery Solutions. You will lead client teams by understanding their concerns and facilitating both customer and Delivery Solutions team members to successful integration.

Responsibilities:

• Facilitate and track progress to ensure timely and successful delivery of client implementations.
• Be a leader alongside the customer relations and the product design teams throughout the implementation process.
• Consult with customer business and technical teams on how to best apply the Delivery Solutions product suite
• Adjust and communicate schedules and targets on the project as needs or financing for the project change
• Identify issues, risks, and develop mitigation plans
• Collaborate closely with the development team and designers and other stakeholders to generate ideas and creative solutions to problems
• Identify and communicate product gaps and help to define requirements
• Be the customers’ advocate and leverage the internal teams to exceed customers’ expectations

Requirements:

• Experience in leading software integration and development projects
• Experience in e-commerce solutions design and product integration is essential
• Understanding of large-scale internet applications and APIs
• Ability to translate highly complex business requirements into software development project plans
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to lead and motivate.
• A high level of organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent teamwork and communication skills, familiarity with agile development methodologies.
