Mergers & Acquisition Integration Project Manager (M&A)

Gastro Health is currently looking for a Mergers and Acquisition Integration Project Manager to join our team!

Coordinates and manages merger & acquisition integration planning and execution across multiple workstreams. Organize efforts across a cross-functional group of managers, applying communication, process, and technology to ensure the execution of an orderly and timely effort. This role will focus on the earlier stages of the mergers & acquisitions process, primarily facilitation of due diligence, dissemination of information, timeline management, and related activities, serving as the primary point of coordination from post-Letter of Intent to handoff to operations integration counterparts.

Here are some of the duties you will be responsible for:

• Support and work closely with the Head of Integration and Business Development team to co-manage the diligence process; coordinate data gathering, data room, and request list management across multiple parties
  
• Lead and organize discovery sessions with support center management
• Facilitate weekly cross-functional integration management meetings
• Manage and monitor integration work plans using technology products including Smartsheet, OneDrive, and Microsoft Teams.
• Manage communications across the transaction team and with sellers, ensuring the timely distribution of information
• Attend meetings with physicians and sellers’ representatives, as needed, to facilitate the due diligence process
• Assist with the planning of trade show exhibitions and transaction-related meetings
• Travel domestically as needed, up to 20%
• Other duties as assigned

Minimum Requirements:

• BA/BS preferred but not required
• Previous experience working as an M&A paralegal or transaction services associate in consulting/professional services
• Previous experience working in healthcare (ideally Physician services or Physician practice management)
