As a Recruiting Coordinator, you will provide support to the recruitment team in sourcing, identifying, and recruiting top talent for our organization. You will work closely with hiring managers, recruiters, and candidates to ensure a seamless recruitment process. You will also be responsible for managing administrative tasks related to recruitment.

Key Responsibilities
- Support the recruitment team in sourcing and recruiting top talent through various channels, such as job boards, social media, referrals, and networking
- Schedule interviews and communicate with candidates to provide a positive experience throughout the recruitment process
- Assist in screening resumes and applications, and coordinate the logistics of interviews, such as booking conference rooms and arranging travel
- Manage candidate data in applicant tracking systems, including updating candidate status, uploading resumes, and scheduling follow-up activities
- Provide regular updates to hiring managers, recruiters, and candidates on recruitment progress
- Participate in job fairs, career events, and other recruitment initiatives to attract candidates
- 1 years of experience in recruitment or related field
- Experience using applicant tracking systems and other recruitment tools
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and relationship-building skills
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
- Solar Experience is a plus
- Strong organizational and time-management skills
