SENIOR SOFTWARE ENGINEER - VERIFICATION TEAM LEAD
This is a senior position that will lead a small team of developers to design and implement test automation code in C#. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, thorough, and takes pride in the verification of medical devices. They should be experienced in developing new test methodologies as well as test implementation and execution for desktop and mobile applications. The right candidate will have a good understanding of Windows devices.
Required Education and Experience
BSEE/BSCS or science degree – Master’s degree a plus
5 years working under a prescribed development process
C#, .Net/.Net Core UI technologies; Strong working knowledge of Visual Studio
Windows desktop design, implementation, and test
Able to work independently and as part of a team
Contribute to designing frameworks to support test automation using design patterns and sound design object-oriented concepts
Manage and execute a complex formal verification process
Review test procedures generated by associate software verification engineers
Eager to learn new development technologies and application areas
Experience in the following considered a “plus”
Requirements analysis, management, and documentation
Experience with software lifecycle processes in a highly regulated environment (FDA, ISO, and other regulatory bodies) is preferred
Experience working with configuration management, test management and defect tracking tools
Database design and optimization using SQL Server, Entity Framework
