Lead Information Technology (IT) Operations Administrator

Zantech is looking for a talented Lead Information Technology (IT) Operations Administrator for an upcoming role supporting the Federal Government.

Position Skills and Responsibilities:

• Leads the Service Desk
• Provide customer onboarding tracking and provisioning/permission assignments
• Process all incidents, changes, and problems to completion
• Provide Tier 1 resolution to incidents and changes
• Perform trend analysis of tickets
• Utilizing continuous monitoring tools, monitor for service interruptions/alerts/outages and report situations to key stakeholders
• Maintain and report on planned future interruptions/outages
• Maintain a user accessible knowledge base
• Coordinate with INSCOM ISSM/ISSO for cybersecurity incidents
• Customer survey response actions
• Maintain a plan of continuity of operations (COOP)

Required Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:

• BS in Science, Technology, Engineering or Mathematics with at least 5 years’ experience as an IT operations administrator OR without a degree have at least 10 years’ experience as an IT operations administrator

Desired Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:

• Effective oral and written communication skills
• Presentation and meeting facilitation experience

Required Security Clearance:

• Current Top Secret clearance per contract requirements
• Eligible for SCI and NATO read-on prior to starting work

Location:

• Fort Belvoir VA or Fort Bragg NC full-time
