SEHLKE POSITION TITLE: Generalist/ Analyst / Sr. Analyst
LOCATION: Aeyon HQ, Vienna, VA
JOB DESCRIPTION: The ideal candidate will be responsible for the end-user support area (Desktop Support), satisfying client requests for technical support, troubleshooting, and guidance, to include installment, implement, administer, and support IT software applications, along with hardware that supports Sehlke Consulting systems. This position works in the direction and under the Knowledge Manager/ IT lead
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Installs, implements, administers, supports, and maintains third party applications.
Monitors designated applications and takes corrective action to prevent or minimize system down time.
Troubleshoots to resolve system related problems; coordinates with relevant System Administrators and/or third-party vendors regarding user support and problem resolution.
Creates user documentation and may train personnel on new applications software.
Assists with developing policies, procedures, programs, scripts, or web pages as required especially NIST and CMMC.
Provides upper-level support to users having difficulties with applications.
Collaborates on special projects; assist in tracking and allocate software licenses.
Work with and have basic knowledge of Microsoft365 applications; SharePoint Online, Teams and OneDrive to provide support and assistance with technical issue
Prepare software users by conducting training; providing information; resolving problems.
Provide information by answering questions and requests by employees.
Maintains quality service by establishing and enforcing organization standards.
Manage accounts through Azure Active Directory.
Maintains Asset Management: Software, Hardware, and Website Information.
Keeps current with the latest technology; regularly attends technical training to maintain technical expertise.
Other duties may be assigned.
CLEARANCE REQUIREMENTS: Must be eligible to obtain a SECRET Clearance.
EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS: Computer Science / Information Technology, Bachelor's (Preferred) years of experience may be substituted in place of degree.
CERTIFICATION REQUIREMENTS: None
Must have a strong technical knowledge of PC and Desktop hardware working knowledge of current operating systems and standards.
Must be analytical and have strong problem-solving abilities.
Highly organized and detail-oriented
Experience with Windows 10 Operating Systems. (This is a MUST)
Experience with E-mail management MS Exchange/ MS 365
Goal driven, highly motivated, with a desire to take the lead and learn new skills.
Strong customer service skills and passion to work through obstacles to produce results.
Proficient in multi-tasking and managing multiple projects, able to meet target completion dates.
Able to be flexible and adapt to change.
Experience with backups, restores and recovery models.
Experience with Mobile Phones and online collaboration technologies such as Microsoft Intune, Azure, MS 365 and Endpoint Manager.
NIST 800 171 and CMMC knowledge preferred but not required.
