Adjunct - Italian

Description

Iona University´s Department of Arts and Languages seeks qualified candidates for adjunct faculty to teach undergraduate students on a course-by-course basis in Beginning Italian in its campus in New Rochelle. Candidates should have a strong academic background in teaching languages. Experience in teaching at the University level – or demonstrating the capacity to do so – is also required. In addition, the candidate should be interested in becoming an active member of the adjunct faculty team, a group of highly qualified professionals in language-related fields.

Required Experience

A candidate must have at least five years of professional experience in the field of interest and, preferably, hold a master's degree from an accredited college or university.
