Organizational Change Management (OCM) Consultant

Onebridge is a Data & Analytics Consulting Firm with an HQ in Indianapolis, and clients dispersed throughout the United States. We have an exciting opportunity for a highly-skilled Organizational Change Management (OCM) Consultant to join our team of elite professionals as our next Employee-Owner.

This role could be a full-time position to join our team or could leverage and engage with a Consultant seeking their next contract experience.

OCM Consultant | About You

As an Organizational Change Management Consultant, you will play an integral role in ensuring the adoption and sustainability of customer-centric culture by supporting employee adoption and usage of customer experience and change management practices. You will focus on the people's side of change by guiding the adoption of changes to processes, systems, and technologies. You will partner with leaders to drive faster adoption, higher utilization, and greater proficiency in the changes that impact employees in the organization. You are working towards increasing benefit realization, value creation, return on investment, and achieving results and outcomes.

OCM Consultant | Day-to-Day

• Coach and support leaders and frontline managers to set them up for success as organizational change agents effectively lead their teams through organizational change initiatives and transitions.
• Create and manage a Change Network to gain credibility and promote customer-centric practices across the organization.
• Provide expertise, support, and advisement to project teams to ensure the integration of change management activities into their project plans.
• Create and implement change management strategies and plans to maximize employee adoption and minimize resistance.
• Collaborate with leadership, HR, and Strategic Communications on hiring, training, socialization rewards, recognition, and employee communications.

OCM Consultant | Skills & Experience

• 8 years of project management, team management, or leading organizational change and transformation initiatives.
• Versatile interpersonal skills with the ability to effectively communicate and influence at all levels of an organization.
• Strong analytical skills enabling comprehension of complex business scenarios.
• Skilled in planning, implementing, and managing project initiatives.
• Prosci Certification or Certified Change Management Professional Certification are preferred.
