Champion Rehab is looking to add a compassionate, innovative and energetic Occupational Therapist to our award-winning inpatient therapy team!

Required Qualifications:

  • Graduate of an accredited Occupational Therapy program
  • Licensed to practice Occupational Therapy in the State of MN

Position Overview:

  • Occupational Therapists are responsible for providing skilled implementation of individual treatment plans for established clients when primary treating therapist is absent- including documentation and billing.
  • Evaluations and related documentation may also be requested on an as needed basis.
  • The Therapist will coordinate services as needed with related professionals, caregivers, and patients as appropriate to follow implemented recommendations of primary treating Therapist within established plan of care.

This is a full-time position.
