What You Get to Do

To support Fringe's growth and scale you will get to apply analytics to uncover meaningful information from our data and to share with internal stakeholders and clients.. Your major focus will be on connecting large data sources to uncover new insights to address important business questions and solve problems in innovative ways.

Some of their responsibilities will include:

• Identify, analyze, interpret, and provide conclusions of metrics, trends, and/ or patterns of data to support business strategies leveraging Salesforce and Tableau.
• Develop dashboards to monitor trends and areas for improvement.
• Collaborate closely with the Director of Operations and cross-functional teams to draw out priorities and business goals.
• Develop reports and presentations to summarize findings and influence company decisions.
• Support management and oversight of small projects and initiatives in conjunction with the Director of Operations.
• Have an intellectual curiosity to want to understand and explain questions and observations in the data.

What We’re Looking For

• Exceptional analytical skills who is also a strong communicator and collaborator.
• Knowledge and experience with Tableau.
• Ability to organize and explain complex information both orally and in writing.
• A person who can connect dots, see around corners and desires to be a thought partner in the growth of the company.
• Capacity to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously.
