Job Title: Temporary Operations Associate

Location: Hyde Park, MA

Position Summary

ISlide recently changed operations systems and needs a candidate who can assist with operations department tasks until the strain around the systems changes are eliminated. ISlide only needs someone for a month or two and can offer up to 40 hours per week depending on the candidate's schedule. ISlide will need the candidate to be on-site at its Hyde Park facility.

Responsibilities of the Temporary Operations Associate

  • Process and add custom artwork files to orders
  • Review orders to ensure that they were placed correctly
  • Close orders in operations system
  • Send Advance Ship Notices to partners
  • Create upload sheets for operations system

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent

Knowledge, skills, abilities, and qualities we are looking for

  • Attention to detail
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office programs or equivalent
  • Skill in time management
  • Ability to remain focused doing repetitive tasks
  • Ability to perform independently
  • Ability to commute to our office in Hyde Park, MA
