ROLE

We’re recruiting for a Full-Time (100%) or Part-Time (75% FTE) Operations Coordinator. The Operations Coordinator is a key member of the Finance and Operations team, who reports to the Director of Finance and Operations, and who will engage effectively at all levels of the organization and collaborate productively with peers while exercising sound judgment to drive work forward. The role is based in Seattle, though virtual candidates based in the United States will be considered.

Key responsibilities include:

Administrative Support

  • Provide general office management support, including maintaining supplies, checking mail, overseeing firm-wide calendar, maintaining log of office-related needs, liaising with building management offices
  • Maintain annual rhythm of the business calendar and ensure that key staff are prepared for upcoming milestones
  • Manage logistics and planning for monthly firm meetings, annual convening, and other events as needed
  • Support expense and reimbursement processing
  • Monitor firm information and recruiting email accounts and manage follow-up as needed

Recruiting & Onboarding (Human Resources):

  • Provide administrative support for recruiting processes
  • Manage all communication with candidates
  • Schedule all interviews with candidates and interviewers
  • Manage communication with interviewers and ensure they have information needed to conduct interviews (e.g., candidate application materials, interview guidance, required questions)
  • Compile interview notes, scores, and analysis to support decision making
  • Manage candidate recruiting system (Breezy) to create and post jobs as well as publication on company website and LinkedIn
  • Create and update recruiting process materials
  • Track start dates and onboarding preparation for new hires
  • Execute orientation schedule for new team members
  • Ensure accurate data entry and access for new hires in all relevant systems

Communications

  • Coordinate updates to website (including new team members photos and bios, job descriptions, etc.)
  • Facilitate regular internal communications, including process reminders, meeting materials, etc.

CANDIDATE EXPERIENCE AND EXPERTISE

Excellent candidates for this position will have:

  • Minimum of 2 years of relevant program coordination experience or at least 2 years of broad operational experience, including in the areas of planning, project management, human resources management and event planning.
  • Demonstrated attention to detail, ability to manage multiple projects at once. independently prioritize workflow and complete projects on time
  • Demonstrates a high-level of computer literacy including proficiency in MS Office suite, (Teams, Word, PPT and Excel). Candidates with experience using tools such as SharePoint, QuickBooks, TimeIQ and MURAL a plus.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills required, with strong note taking and synthesizing skills.
  • Experience and demonstrated ability to work effectively and collaboratively with a wide range of stakeholders.
  • Interest in helping to build workflow, processes, and systems for coordination
  • Inquisitive and curious orientation, flexible with a get-it-done spirit and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
  • Respects and contributes to Camber’s commitment to racial equity

BENEFITS

Compensation for this role includes Base Salary, Profit Share, and Bonuses, and the Annual Total Compensation target range for a Full-Time employee is $55,000 - $70,000 (compensation will be pro-rated for Part-Time employees). Please indicate in your cover letter your preference for 75%, or Full-Time role.
