We’re recruiting for a Full-Time (100%) or Part-Time (75% FTE) Operations Coordinator. The Operations Coordinator is a key member of the Finance and Operations team, who reports to the Director of Finance and Operations, and who will engage effectively at all levels of the organization and collaborate productively with peers while exercising sound judgment to drive work forward. The role is based in Seattle, though virtual candidates based in the United States will be considered.

Compensation for this role includes Base Salary, Profit Share, and Bonuses, and the Annual Total Compensation target range for a Full-Time employee is $55,000 - $70,000 (compensation will be pro-rated for Part-Time employees). Please indicate in your cover letter your preference for 75%, or Full-Time role.
