We are looking to hire a Sales Director / Community Relations Coordinator for our beautiful location in Fort Gratiot, MI!
The primary purpose of this position is to increase occupancy by reaching out to leads, having meaningful conversations with them to educate them on Senior Living while helping them work through the tour and move in process. Well-qualified candidates will have experience in senior community and/or customer service.
Sales
1.Maintain up-to-date records of all communication with prospective customers and referral sources
2. Build positive and trusting relationships with prospects through:
3. Schedule and perform quality tours of the building to create a personalized experience showing the value of the community and its amenities.
4. Maintain or exceed budgeted census.
5. Support outside sales and/or move in coordination as necessary
6. Any other tasks as directed by the Executive Director/Immediate Supervisor
QUALIFICATIONS & REQUIREMENTS:
● Three (3) years sales experience in the assisted living or customer service
retirement industry with a proven track record
● Computer savvy, familiar with sales programs
● Desire to work with older adults and their families
● Knowledge of federal and state laws pertaining to assisted living
● Must be willing to work a flexible schedule for tours, appointments, and consultations.
