The Donor Relations Coordinator is responsible for all administrative aspects of the donor relationship. This position has a heart and passion for nurturing this relationship and ensuring stewardship of their generosity.

Hand: Responsibilities Duties
Scanning and data entry of donor contributions
Manage the donor database and ensure accuracy of data
Communicating delicately and professionally with donors in response to inquiries via email, phone, or direct mail
Maintaining sensitivity and confidentiality in all donor conversations
Establish and manage information tracking processes to ensure ongoing communications and continued cultivation of past and current donors
Develop and use metrics to measure Donor Relations' impact on organizational goals
Maintain engagement with donors, ensuring care and support avenue
Create opportunities for donors to provide testimonies of life change and the effect of tithing on their lives
Work closely and in partnership with Accounting for the accurate recording of donations
Handle donor complaints and/or concerns while nurturing the donor relationship
Reconciliation of data between systems and platforms
Perform all other duties assigned
Head: Knowledge Training
Minimum of Associate's Degree in Business or similar degree; Bachelor's Degree preferred, but not required.
Minimum of 3 years experience in donor relations, community relations, or similar field
Possess strong organizational, record keeping, and time management skills
Ability to work well with a diverse group of individuals
Willingness to work flexible hours to accomplish objectives, specifically during seasonal demands
Ability to effectively manage a wide array of tasks and ensure timely follow-up to donors and team members
Enthusiastic, cheerful, and positive attitude toward helping others
Demonstrated capability to communicate orally and in writing effectively
Ability to create routine reports
Must have the ability to communicate and work effectively with staff at all levels of the organization
Remarkable organizational and conflict management skills
Strong problem-solving skills
Meticulous attention to detail
Ability to multitask and adapt to a fast-paced environment
