Operations Director

About the Role:

Geospark Analytics is looking for a senior operations leader to transform how we service and deliver value to our customers. From our client focused systems through to direct operational support for our clients, our operations team is at the frontline of ensuring our customers and people have an optimized and customer-centred engagement with the team. This role comes at a critical time as we scale. You will build on the people, processes and technology that we have in place today and optimize it for our size and growth ambitions.

Responsibilities:

Strategy implementation

• Identify opportunities to reduce the admin burden to the support team and sales teams
• Identity opportunities to enhance our clients experience with our Online platform, through their onboarding journey to how to seek quick and concise resolutions
• Lead change initiatives and implement new ways of working, recording and sharing lessons learnt to enable and promote continuous improvement
• Operate as a business partner to stakeholders, acting to represent the needs of Online support and operations

Systems and Training

• Define and optimize backend customer administration systems to ensure the onboarding process is cost efficient and scalable
• Drive effective utilisation of backend and client systems – including the training associated with these systems
• Work with the team to ensure client and pre-sale data is exploitable for targeted outreach, as well as for pipeline and account reporting
• Work with the business to maintain internal knowledge resources and templates to support with customer acquisition and management.

Reporting

• Produce recurring reports for senior leadership, illustrating sales and account performance
• Provide team members and leadership with performance tracking and analytics
• Support product to tie together product usage reporting with our commercial activities

Required Qualifications:

• Minimum 5 years of relevant experience
• Senior operations director with experience in technology/product organizations – ideally with a SaaS business model
• Experienced in defining, procuring and implementing processes and technologies to onboard/provision and manage the success of our clients
• Adept at utilizing data to drive insights around customer usage and risk
• Experienced in support client teams by building and maintaining target operating models and procedures

Desired Qualifications:

• College level degree in a relevant area
• Experience within an international company
