Job Title: Executive Assistant
Location: Centennial, CO (onsite)

Role Summary:
In this role, you’ll be tasked with supporting the CEO and his direct reports. You will be responsible for ensuring timely, precise actions supporting administrative duties in a high paced, multi-tasking environment. This is a full-time role located in our Centennial, CO office.
Salary Range: $80k-$100k (salary is based on education, experience, skillset, and market value).
What You’ll Be Doing:
- Use Outlook to schedule meetings for the Executive & team members and perform duties in support of meetings, including set up of audio/video conferencing, and order and set up catering
- May plan and organize department events to include business meetings, client dinners, and employee social gatherings.
- Format and edit reports and presentations
- Manage multiple calendars
- Manage all phone and email correspondence on behalf of Executive with a high-level of professionalism
- Submit documents/reports to appropriate department or director/manager
- Serving as a liaison with other departments as needed
- Ad hoc projects
- Perform personal tasks for the Executive as required
You’ll Need These Qualifications:
- 7 – 10 years’ experience as an Executive Assistant in an extremely fast-paced environment
- Bachelor of Science degree in human resources, business administration, or equivalent
- In lieu of degree, additional years of experience may suffice
- Exceptionally advanced proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook
- Positive attitude with a willingness to attack challenging intellectual problems
- Shows great attention to, and respect for, detail (ex. accurate proofreader)
- Excellent communication skills, both written and oral, are a must
- Identifies and takes actions necessary to complete tasks and obtain results in a timely manner within a fast-paced and ever-changing environment
- High responsiveness and flexibility to changing business priorities and tight deadlines with a willingness to learn
- Flexibility to work extended hours as needed
- Reliable, consistent, easy going, takes initiative and motivated to complete tasks
- Must be self-starting and proactive
- Anticipates, initiates, and sustains momentum to get the job done using intuition and without external stimulation
