Iowa Falls Chamber Main Street and Iowa Falls Area Development Corporation (IFADC) are dedicated to the growth and prosperity of Iowa Falls and its businesses. We are accepting applications for a Part-Time Administrative Assistant to assist in the overall operations of the organizations’ programs.
This position involves receptionist duties, social media management, flyer development, meeting minutes, event planning, and general administrative duties typical of office management. This position is part-time, with the schedule to be arranged based on the needs of the organizations and a degree of flexibility around the applicant’s availability.
We are seeking an individual who is professional, friendly, and has an enthusiastic personality, with demonstrated experience in organization, as well as written and verbal communication skills, and the ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively. This position requires a high degree of discretion in dealing with confidential information.
An Associate of Arts degree is desirable and applicants are expected to have comfort with technology and above-average skills with Microsoft Office applications. Candidates with a familiarity with website and social media applications will stand out.
