Schedule:
- Birthday Parties are scheduled for Saturdays between 1:00-7:00pm and Sundays 1:00-5:00pm.
- Rotating weekends available
- Flexibility with planning ahead the weekends worked
Responsibilities:
- Supervision and Safety: Ensure the safety and well-being of party goers at all times during activities. Monitor attendees closely to prevent accidents and address any safety concerns promptly.
- Activity Planning and Facilitation: Lead a diverse range of age-appropriate activities and games around the gym. Adapt activities to accommodate varying skill levels and interests among party goers.
- Teamwork and Collaboration: Collaborate with fellow birthday party staff to coordinate schedules and ensure smooth operation of the program. Work together to create a cohesive and inclusive environment where party goers can enjoy their time in the gym.
- Communication: Communicate effectively with parents and fellow staff members to provide the best birthday experience possible.
Requirements:
- Experience working with children
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to connect with attendees and build rapport.
- Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
Working Conditions:
- Physical requirements may include standing for extended periods, lifting and carrying equipment.

Pay: From $10.00 per hour
Expected hours: 6 – 10 per week
