Iowa Home Care is a distinguished home health care agency that has enjoyed providing skilled nursing, home health aide, and rehabilitative services to thousands of clients across Iowa.
We are looking for an energetic and engaging Barista to join our team. TICCEO is our charming onsite Café that offers healthy and delicious meals, snacks, and refreshments to Iowa Home Care employees and visitors/guests. Our team members are also able to purchase logoed scrubs, apparel, and merchandising items in our shop.
- Part-Time: approximately 25-30 hours per week
- Days: Monday through Friday
- Shift: Flexible schedule between the hours of 10:00 a.m. and 4:00 p.m.

As a Barista at Iowa Home Care you will…
- be responsible for organizing, planning/preparing food and drinks, cleaning, safety standards, and maintaining inventory.
- be highly engaged and creative in exploring new opportunities to add value to the shop!
Qualifications:
- Minimum 6 months - 1 year of food management experience required
- Experience working in coffee shop preferred
- Other valuable qualities include creative, first-class customer service, honest, hard-working, and self-motivated
- Must be outgoing, and friendly
