Material Handler
Supports manufacturing operations with materials and performs associated transactions.
Material Handler
Supports manufacturing operations with materials and performs associated transactions.
Duties:
- Stocks materials upon receipt or after inspection transactions
- Picks kits for work orders, collects documentation, and performs associated inventory transactions
- Monitors material shortages for kits and performs transactions upon receipt
- Handles stockroom window miscellaneous issues and transactions
- Performs cycle counts and associated transactions
- Maintain stockroom procedures / organization / cleanliness
- Perform shipping requirements as a backup
Requirements:
- High school graduate or equivalent, Associates Degree preferred
- Experience with ERP systems
- Solid and accurate data entry skills are required
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office products is preferred
- Ability to multi-task and handle multiple deadlines
- Excellent communication skills, work effectively with other departments
- Capability to work independently and with minimal supervision
- General understanding of production practices, BOM's and shipping /receiving a plus
- Ability to lift 25 pounds or more safely
- Valid drivers' license
This position must meet Export Control compliance requirements, therefore a “US Person” as defined by 22C.F.R. §120.15 are required. “US Person” includes US Citizen, lawful permanent resident, refugee, asylee. License exception Technology and software under restriction (TSR) defined in 15 CFR 740.6 may permit person from Country Group B.
