The customer services team are looking to fill the role of Customer Services Executive in their Hull facility. The Customer Service Executive is a key position reporting into the Customer Service Manager. The target customer base is major UK retailers and distributors of environmental, garden and home products. The Customer Service Executive will work Monday to Thursday, 08:30am 17:00pm and Friday 08:30am 16:00pm. With one-hour unpaid lunch.

IPL Hull takes initiative on providing eco-friendly solutions and pride themselves on delivering products specifically tailored to their customers' needs. Key products include the One Nest stacking crate, jerry cans, Water Butt, composter, kerbside boxes, food waste containers and nestable bale arm trays.
What the role entails:
- Working within the Customer Service Function our customers will be your priority, ensuring that the customer experience is professional from beginning to end.
- You will be an experienced Customer Service Executive with a passion for providing a great service.
- Full order management Processing orders from the beginning through to dispatch ensuring orders are fulfilled on time in full.
- Account Management Export Documentation, delivery dates, general enquiries, credit notes, keeping the customer informed of any delays etc.
- Working closely with Production and Planning to ensure lead times are met.
