Integrated Practice Solutions, Inc. (dba ChiroTouch), a fast-growing and leading market-leading healthcare software company is looking for a highly motivated, intelligent and passionate Contract Recruiter to join our Human Resources team. In this role, you will be responsible for full lifecycle recruitment across all our departments and lines of business, with focus on Customer Success, Technical Support, and Medical Billing. Contract is 3 - 6 months; can be remote.
Responsibilities
Maintain recruitment strategies that support the talent needs of the business, leveraging various recruiting methods (cold-calling, direct sourcing, internal recruitment, web-based, social media) to create a diverse pool of candidate talent
Conduct full-cycle recruiting for, on average, 8 open roles. Conduct in-depth candidate assessments and present finalists to hiring managers.
Create and facilitate sophisticated and cultivated candidate experiences throughout the hiring process.
Work with the Human Resources Business Partner and other senior leadership to ensure the organization has an industry-leading candidate experience, through the continuous monitoring and improvement of existing processes.
Extend job offers and manage pre-employment background and drug screening processes.
Act as a key contact for all issues related to onboarding and monitors progress, work with the HR team and hiring managers as needed to coordinate onboarding efforts.
Demonstrate ability to influence senior management and gain alignment on candidate calibration and recruitment process.
Must have a strong track record of full-cycle recruiting across multiple functional areas.
Proficient in applicant tracking systems like JazzHR, Workday, ADP, or iCIMS.
Exemplary communication, facilitation, and persuasion skills required. You must have strong organizational skills, the ability to partner and advise senior leadership, and to prioritize competing tasks in a fast-paced environment
Proven ability to use interviewing techniques
Proficient in sourcing talent using social media platforms, including LinkedIn, Facebook, and Twitter
Proficient in talent acquisition technologies, internet sourcing tools, campaign management tools, networking/referral technology, and talent mapping.
Proficient in MS Office Suite (Excel, Word, SharePoint, PowerPoint, Outlook)Demonstrated understanding of the competitive landscape and how to research, develop, and execute against a plan to produce talent for immediate and future needs
