Responsibilities (how we will measure success)
We have an exciting opportunity for a data-savvy individual to join the HR Information Systems team, reporting into the Group HR Systems and MI Manager. To be successful in this commercially driven and pacey environment you will need to be a real self-starter, proactive with a high level of resilience.
As HRIS Administrator, you will provide operational and administrative support to the business and be the technical point of contact and SME in relation to data, systems, report writing and reviewing process flow and functionality for improvement opportunities. You'll be globally focussed in supporting and delivering critical HR information to become a key HR systems contact internally and externally.
Tasks (what does the role do on a day-to-day basis)
- Support all technical and operational aspects of the HR systems global agenda.
- Document and maintain the HR systems processes and procedures
- Assist with technical and functional aspects of HR systems and databases (including Core HR system, payroll platform, recruitment tools, compensation tools, downstream data tools and uses).
- Provide HR teams / other system users with support, training where required and guidance on best practices as an SME.
- Work closely with our external HR system partner(s) to track logged tickets to completion (e.g. re. errors, enhancements, general queries or issues).
- Delivery of regular/ ad hoc reporting and data requirements across all group locations.
- Support on M&A / Project / Integration activities.
