Job Description
- Conduct extensive industry and potential client research to support the Sales Team.
- Contribute to the development of new business sales process, procedures and related documentation.
- Maintain and update accounts, pitches, and contacts in OneView database.
- Assisting with the continued maintenance and monitoring of OneView as IQ-EQs CRM and client date depository for accurate information and notifying of any system issues.
- Work directly with the Sales Directors, to provide assistance and support through the complete sales process, inclusive of the following:
- Conduct initial due diligence on prospective clients and update OneView with Account, Contact and initial pitch
- Monitor and maintain records for leads, prospects and proposals for Sales Directors in OneView;
- Arrange meetings with prospects and intermediaries;
- Attend new business meetings and produce call note reports in OneView& conduct follow-up tasks;
- Prepare full fee proposals for potential clients, including initial preparation of standard pricing;
- Review lead reports for sales campaigns;
- Assist with legal remediations of proposals and agreements. Upon proposal/agreement/amendment execution, signature or fee proposal, prepare documentation of call notes and send for onboarding.
Qualifications
- 2-3 years of experience in sales support role preferred
- Has a minimum of an Associate’s degree in a related field
- Experience with CRMs (OneView)
- Proficient in Microsoft Office suite, specifically Word and Excel

Additional Information
Compensation: The estimated salary range for this role is $65,000 - $75,000 based on skills and experience.
