Job Description
An exciting opportunity for an accomplished Talent Acquisition Partner to join our Regional Talent Acquisition Team on a permanent basis. The successful candidate will be welcomed into a growing team and provide 360 degree recruitment support and delivery to our Isle of Man and Guernsey Businesses.
Day To Day:
- Own the recruitment process end to end dealing with high volumes of recruitment activity
- Act as a proactive expert and trusted partner to Hiring Managers and Business Unit Leadership
- Continuously enhance talent selection using IQ-EQ's competency based interview toolkit
- Leverage data to drive performance and optimum outcomes
- Develop creative initiatives to build the IQ-EQ brand across the business
- Create, update & upload job descriptions and job adverts onto the SmartRecruiters ATS and approved external job channels
- Identify and win over hard-to-find and scarce passive candidates by creating innovative sourcing strategies
- Leverage multiple sourcing channels and drive vacancy and employer brand engagement on social media
- Expertly screen and select optimum candidates by assessing their relevant knowledge, skills, soft skills, experience and aptitudes
- Manage and maintain SmartRecruiters system ensuring all data is accurate and up to date
- Build influential candidate relationships and extensive pipelines during the selection process

Qualifications
- Extensive experience of recruiting into the Isle of Man and Guernsey markets
- Understanding of the commercial impact of TA on an individual and global level
- Ability to mine data and convert into story led actionable insights
- Solution driven, providing multiple options to objectives
- Can build trusting relationships within a virtual environment
- Experience recruiting into Accountancy or Financial Services industry knowledge
- Strong talent sourcing skills utilising a number of sources to find the best talent
- Excellent organisation and communication skills
- Proficient in suite of Microsoft packages
- Working knowledge of computerised HR/Recruitment systems
