Job Summary: IQ reseller is looking for an Implementation consultant for on-boarding new customers and implementing redesigns for existing customers. You will be on-boarding supporting small to medium-sized entrepreneurs using our cloud-based ERP solution for all resellers. IQ reseller is a fast-paced growing software company and we're eagerly looking for a motivated individual who is outgoing, energetic, and motivated customer support professional to join our team! Implementation consultant is responsible for being a knowledgeable resource to others in the organization and externally by providing guidance and support, as well as timely resolution to issues escalated to them from the team or from clients reporting issues. They are also responsible for engaging with development on resolution of software defects, product enhancement requests and investigate complex issues. You must be comfortable with engaging within clients from chat, screen shares, phone calls and by e-mail as you will be responsible for the on boarding of all new customers whether the training requires you to be remote or on-site. Responsible for executing in all phases within IQ’s implementation process, including but not limited to: Owning the design and configuration of the IQ’s ERP solution, so that all requirements are met and that client expectations regarding the platform use cases and functionality are fulfilled Address customers’ technical support needs via phone, email, and screen share Training existing customers on how to use of the software and ensuring they have the know how to improve their operation. Basic understanding accounting principles and warehousing Using basic reporting tools to customize existing reports to meet the needs of the customer Owning the day-to-day communications and overall project management with IQ’s clients during the implementation project Create training/support documentation, and drive end-user training to promote user adoption Participate in business process mapping and requirements gathering sessions with clients Support the “Go Live” deployment processes, ensuring a seamless software launch and continuity of business operations during this cutover Support the client following “Go Live” deployment to troubleshoot issues that arise, and promote additional methods to optimize the system for enhanced performance Act as a technical and knowledge resource for internal teams Proactively look for ways to improve processes, operations, and the customer experience Primary Qualifications: Understanding of web-based applications Technically adept and able to learn how to use a variety of software Ability to be organized and efficiently manage tasks, projects, and time Demonstrate great attention to detail Process-minded; enjoys getting on a whiteboard to draw out process flows Proven strong written and verbal communication Ability to work at a good pace Basic working knowledge SQL and API’s Strong teamwork skills but also able to work alone Able to travel up to 50% of the time.
