Job Summary:
We are searching for polite, professional Collections Representatives to represent our clients professionally by providing remarkable service to their customers via phone. Collections Representative Agents may handle a high volume of inbound or outbound calls and should seek to create a positive experience for each caller.
Responsibilities:
- Onsite Interview at the Allentown office.
- Target Hire Date: December 11th, 2023. (or sooner based on background & drug test clearance)
- Required work schedule is Monday - Friday , 8:00am - 4:30pm.
- Required to work 1-2 Saturdays per month from 8:00am - 4:30pm.
- Paid Training is ONSITE Monday - Friday , 8:00am - 4:30pm.
- Work at Home evaluated after 90 days onsite. With good performance, work at home granted during the next quarterly review.
- Third Party Representatives place outbound calls to debtors regarding outstanding debt and collect on aged debt.
- Handling business to business calls involving taking payments and setting up payment plans.
- Build lasting relationships with clients, customers, and other call center team members based on trust and reliability.
- Meet department productivity and quality standards.
Skills Requirements:
- At least 6 months or more Collections experience preferred.
- 1 or more years of previous Call Center experience and strong Customer Service experience preferred.
- Must have ability to work independently and in a team environment.
- Must have excellent voice quality and present a professional demeanor and ability to maintain a helpful/knowledgeable tone on all calls handled.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced digital environment.
- Problem solving skills.
- Physical attendance is key to success and necessary to meet objectives.
Education Requirements:
- High school diploma, G.E.D., Trade/Vocational School certificate or equivalent required.
Physical Requirements:
- Occasionally exert up to 10 lbs. of force to push, pull, lift or otherwise move objects.
- Have visual acuity to perform activities such as preparing and analyzing data; and/or viewing a computer terminal.
- Speak, listen, type and/or sit for extended periods of time.
