We are a B2B industrial 3D measurement technology company specializing in providing innovative solutions to our customers in various industries. We focus on delivering outstanding customer experiences and seek a Microsoft Dynamics CRM Administrator to join our team. The ideal candidate will be passionate about technology, have strong analytical skills, and be able to work independently and collaboratively with cross-functional teams and will report directly to the Marketing Director.
Job Overview:
The Microsoft Dynamics CRM Administrator will be responsible for the administration and support of the company's Microsoft Dynamics CRM system. This will involve working closely with the Marketing Director and business and IT teams to ensure the system operates efficiently and effectively, meets business requirements, and delivers optimal user experiences. The candidate will also be responsible for developing workflows and automation to streamline business operations.
Responsibilities:
- Manage and administer Microsoft Dynamics CRM 2015, including security, user management, customization, and configuration
- Collaborate with business and IT teams to gather requirements and design solutions to meet business needs
- Organize system updates, patches, and upgrades with outside CRM provider
- Work with CRM provider and IT company for platform upgrades to Microsoft Dynamics 365
- Create and maintain system documentation, including user manuals, training materials, and system configuration documentation
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to the Microsoft Dynamics CRM system
- Develop workflows and automation to streamline business operations
- Develop reports and dashboards using Microsoft Dynamics CRM reporting tools
- Provide end-user training and support
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
- 3 years of experience in Microsoft Dynamics CRM administration and support
- Strong analytical skills and experience with troubleshooting and problem-solving
- Experience with developing workflows and automation to streamline business operations
- Experience with system customization, configuration, and security
- Proficiency in Microsoft Dynamics CRM reporting tools
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment
- Microsoft Dynamics CRM certification is a plus

They must be highly organized and detail-oriented, with strong communication and interpersonal skills.
