Junior UI/UX Designer
Location: UK/ Poland
We are seeking a talented and motivated Junior UI/UX Designer to join our UI/UX Design team. The ideal candidate is someone with limited experience, but possesses an eye for detail, is capable of working independently, and is highly motivated to contribute to a dynamic team.
You will have the opportunity to work with talented designers and collaborate with multiple development teams to design visually appealing business applications that are easy to use and align with customer needs. This will not only help you gain valuable experience and skills, but also provide you with an opportunity for growth within our company.
Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with the lead product designers to create advanced UI/UX solutions for business customers
- Analyze and understand complex requirements to provide the best possible design solutions for users
- Design LoFi mockups and prototypes, HiFi user interfaces and clickable prototypes, and responsive interfaces for multiplatform devices
- Design optimal ways of visualizing customer data and verify implementation to ensure high-quality deliverables
- Work with developers and provide graphical resources required for implementation and design specifications
- Cooperate with other teams, project managers/product designers, and customers
- Have a strong sense of ownership and responsibility for your tasks
Requirements:
- Experience creating user-centered, responsive interfaces for multiplatform projects
- A basic understanding of CSS and HTML
- Experience collaborating with developers, knowledge of the app development process and technical aspects of digital product implementation
- Ability to understand business data and design optimal ways of visualizing it in web applications
- Familiarity with design software, including Figma, Sketch, Invision, and Photoshop
- Knowledge of Agile management concepts and relevant applications such as Jira
- Knowledge of UX and visual design principles with a good eye for visual design
- High attention to detail, analytical and troubleshooting skills
- Possess excellent communication skills in English
- Be familiar with user research and testing, and be able to understand user needs and translate them into design decisions
- Work on MacOS
- Provide a portfolio or samples of work
Desired qualifications:
- Candidates should possess a Bachelor's degree
- A minimum of 1-2 years of experience in the field of UI/UX design
