We are looking for a responsible Personal/Executive Assistant responsible for providing administrative support to the Chief Innovation Officer at an exciting new company in the Metaverse space. You would provide personalized administrative support in a well-organized and timely manner. You will work on a one-to-one basis on a variety of tasks related to the CIO's working life and communication.
To start the position would be 90% remote with the occasional meet up, and if it turns into a longer engagement, then likely more in person work.
Responsibilities
- Act as the point of contact between the CIO and internal/external clients
- Monitor and manage CIO's email inbox and distribute correspondence
- Handle requests and queries appropriately
- Manage and schedule meetings and appointments
- Make travel arrangements
- Take dictation and minutes
- Other duties as needed
Skills
- Proven work experience as a personal assistant for at least 4 years
- Knowledge of office management systems and procedures
- MS Office and English proficiency
- Outstanding organizational and time management skills
- Up-to-date with latest office gadgets and applications
- Ability to multitask and prioritize daily workload
- Excellent verbal and written communications skills
- Discretion and confidentiality
- High School degree & College degree
Pay
$30-40/hour based on experience. Would start as Independent contractor for trial but the goal is a salaried position with benefits.
