Talent Sourcing Specialist- Recruitment

IRI is seeking an organized and self-motivated Sourcing Specialist professional who will be responsible for partnering with our global Recruiters to focus on identifying, nurturing, and delivering viable top talent candidate pipelines. The Sourcing Specialist will master the details of the company, qualify candidates according to those details, and build a talent pool.

Position Requirements

• 3-5 years of sourcing experience, with exposure to a high volume, fast-paced environment.
• Ability to prioritize work related demands and achieve deadlines.
• An alignment with IRI's Core Values, evidenced through your actions and past experiences.
• Experience building talent communities on various (LinkedIn, Twitter, Instagram) social media platforms
• Working experience with UKG software highly preferred.

Primary Functions & Responsibilities

• Under minimal supervision sources candidates through multiple channels (direct searching, job portals, social networks, Associations, applicable databases etc.)
• Provides and develops, as requested, various reports/ metrics/data capture, market insights, competitor mapping.
• Stay abreast of market trends in Talent Sourcing, proactively reviewing and proposing new routes to market.
• Update and maintain candidate data in UKG Applicant Tracking System.
• Attend career fairs and conferences to promote IRI and deepen the pool of potential candidates.
• Schedule a high volume of weekly interviews and provide a great candidate experience.
• Work to support IRI’s diversity, equity, and inclusion initiatives.

Experience

Education

• Technical/other training or better in Human Services or related field
