- Set up and stock
- Prepare food: Prepare ingredients by following recipes, cutting, chopping, mixing, and preparing sauces. Cook food items by grilling, frying, sautéing, and other cooking methods to specified recipes and standards
- Plate meals: Attend to the detail and presentation of each order, and plate meals
- Maintain cleanliness: Comply with food sanitation requirements by properly handling food and ensuring correct storage. Clean and sanitize cooking surfaces at the end of the shift
- Manage workflow: Be responsible for their station's workflow and getting meals out on time
Required Skills & Knowledge
- Food preparation
- Safe food and knife handling

- Expertise in seasoning, garnishing, and creative displays
- High-volume, fast-paced work ethic
- Ability to stay calm in high-stress situations
- Team player with excellent communication
- Spanish is a MUST. Bilingual Spanish/English preferred
