The Shipping Coordinator will be responsible for managing and coordinating all aspects of the shipping process, ensuring timely and accurate delivery of products to customers. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a strong understanding of logistics, and the ability to work efficiently.
Responsibilities:
A high school diploma is required, and additional qualifications in logistics, supply chain management, or a related field are a plus.

Responsibilities:
- Schedule and coordinate shipments to meet customer delivery requirements.
- Collaborate with carriers and freight forwarders to ensure timely and cost-effective transportation.
- Oversee the receiving process for incoming shipments, verifying the accuracy of received goods.
- Conduct quality inspections to ensure that received items meet established standards.
- Prepare and maintain shipping documents, including bills of lading, packing lists, and customs paperwork.
- Ensure compliance with international shipping regulations and customs requirements.
- Communicate with internal teams, suppliers, and customers to provide shipping updates and address any issues.
- Respond promptly to inquiries related to shipping and delivery status.
- Address and resolve shipping issues, such as delays, damages, or discrepancies.
- Maintain quality control procedures for outgoing shipments to ensure accurate and damage-free deliveries.
- Previous experience in a similar shipping or logistics role is preferred.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
- Effective communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Knowledge of international shipping regulations and customs procedures.
- Knowledge of Rootstock software is a plus.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
