What are the responsibilities and job description for the Dietary Aide - Full Time position at IRMC?
Position Summary: You will be assisting patients with menu selection according to their diet orders. Providing patients with the best menu selection possible to ensure the highest quality of patient care possible at IRMC. Promotes and adheres to the IRMC core values of ICARE (Integrity, Compassion, Accountability, Respect, and Excellence) and G.R.E.A.T. (greet/respond/explain/ask/thank) customer service standards.
Minimum Education Required: High school graduate or equivalent.
Minimum Experience Required: Experience in both patient interaction and modified menus
Skills required (if applicable): Must be able to read and write English. Must be able to understand written and verbal instructions, recipes, and food labels. If experience in food service, knowledge of institutional production and food safety techniques are helpful.
