What are the responsibilities and job description for the Key Holder position at IRO?
IRO is on the lookout for an experienced Full-Time Keyholder for our boutique on Melrose Place in Los Angeles. The ideal candidate for this role should come equipped with a well-established client book, complete with valuable stylist connections that can seamlessly transition to our brand. This position directly reports to the Melrose Store Manager.
Responsibilities:
Achieve personal and store sales targets.
Hit clienteling sales goals and build and maintain a client book.
Assist in maintaining the selling space and general housekeeping.
Actively support the sales team on the floor.
Effectively manage the sales team in the absence of the General Manager.
Conduct visual floor changes on the sales floor in collaboration with local and headquartered Visual Merchandising teams.

Possess strong interpersonal and communication skills.
Seasoned retail professional with a track record of success in a sales environment.
Flexible to work a retail schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
Experience in women’s contemporary fashion is a plus!
Must be capable of lifting 10lbs at a time.
