SALARY: $21.00 per hour.
LOCATION: 100 Harbor Drive, Jersey City NJ
SHIFT: Monday - Friday (7:00am - 3:30pm)
JOB DESCRIPTION:
- Oversee small project or phases of a larger project.
- Must be familiar with the system scope and project objectives.
- Disseminates information on any problems or potential delays and mitigation plans
- Travel to customer site to complete assigned project.
- Will be required to - either drive company van/box truck or take public transportation to customer location/site.
- Work on your feet all day. Lift/load and move boxes (average weight: 40 pounds).
- Must be able to walk/stand/kneel/squat/stoop and bend for extended period.
- While onsite, you will respond to client questions and concerns by serving as the face of the company (operating in a professional, courteous, and patient manner at all times).
- Ensure customer pickup/delivery appointments are completed to their satisfaction.
Unload items from origination point to Iron Mountain site.
JOB REQUIREMENTS:
- Applicants selected for this position must meet eligibility requirements for access to customer information regulated by the ITAR. Only US Persons are eligible for this level clearance, hence for this position, Iron Mountain will consider only US Persons.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills required.
- Customer Service experience
- Heavy lifting
- Must be computer proficient
- Ability to work well with the team
