What You’ll Do

 

IronArch is currently seeking an Awards Program and Civilian Development Lead to support the Air Force Civil Engineer Center (AFCEC) in San Antonio, TX. 


Responsibilities will include: 

  • Awards Program Management 
  • Assist and support customer leadership in the management of all formal recognition awards support program functions 
  • Support the administration and assist the Government with the awards program 
  • Serve as the skilled resident for all mandated awards 
  • Serve as an organizational liaison to customer leadership and respective civilian personnel offices 
  • Develop/validate awards criteria, develop and execute awards communications plans, review submissions and packages for leadership to be able to determine winners and runners up 
  • Support execution of internal awards program 
  • Civilian Development 
  • Provide advisory services in the execution of civilian force management and professional enhancement 
  • Advice organizational personnel on career progression through various educational programs 
  • Coordinate, consolidate, develop, and maintain a wide range of civilian development education governance and programmatic documents 

Education: 

Associate’s Degree or 10 years of relevant experience 

Requirements

  •  5 years of experience providing and delivering awards and recognition for Air Force programs across multiple levels of command and units and/or experience in civilian development  

COVID-19 Vaccination
