Reporting to the Sr. Director of Events, this position is an opportunity to work on a best-in-class events team and lead the events function for our key internal stakeholders, customers and growing community. As an Event Manager you will be responsible for leading meetings, 3rd party events, and executive-level meetings and dinners, from concept through execution. Candidates must have strong communication, leadership and project management skills, as well as experience building and managing relationships with senior leadership. As an Event Manager at Ironclad, you will work with the marketing and sales team to ensure we have a cohesive narrative for each event we attend by connecting and building relationships.
What You Will Be Doing:
- Research industry events, build vendor relationships, and evaluate sponsorship/participation
- Bring Ironclad’s brand, culture, and vision into events that delight attendees and drive key business goals
- Think creatively about attendee experience at both virtual and in-person events and build experiences that surpass expectations for attendees
- Lead cross-functional stakeholders, sales, content, and campaigns to drive coordinated event programs
- Define event success criteria and set clear goals for each event
- Conduct pre-event briefs, post-event reports, including but not limited to attendee surveys, analytics, and lessons learned
- Communicate the results and make recommendations for optimizing future campaigns
- Create processes to drive effective and streamlined decision making
- Manage our events budget to ensure we’re hitting goals and staying on track
- Knowledge of event analytics, audience development, and the ability to learn from data
- Exceptional project management skills with experience gaining team consensus and driving deliverables

Base Salary Range: $100,000 - $115,000
The base salary range represents the minimum and maximum of the salary range for this position based at our San Francisco headquarters. The actual base salary offered for this position will depend on numerous factors, including individual proficiency, anticipated performance, and the location of the selected candidate. Our base salary is just one component of Ironclad’s competitive total rewards package, which also includes equity awards (a new hire grant, along with opportunities for additional awards throughout your tenure), competitive health and wellness benefits, and a commitment to career growth and development.
