#About the Gig
As Growth Lead, you will be responsible for overseeing the go-to-market strategy for Ironhack Miami. You will work directly with the General Manager of the Miami Campus and cross-functionally with our central marketing and admissions teams. Your focus is new enrolment growth for our most important market.
#Responsibilities
● Defining and executing our go to market strategy for Ironhack US
● Owning core metrics for US: Applications and Booked Students
● Coordinating activities across functions (media, product, SEO, Social, web, admissions) to drive improved performance
● Exploring different growth channels and tactics that can result in sustainable acquisition channels for the US Market
● Building strong ties with local companies and communities that can result in partnership opportunities.
● Prepare and present recommendations, reports, and findings from experimental data all the way up to the executive level.
● Analyze data to monitor revenue performance and uncover areas for improvement.
#Requirements
● 3-5 years in a growth marketing role.
● Experience with multi step marketing funnels and lead generation tactics.
● Content marketing experience is a plus
● Solid project management skills: ability to lead and collaborate with cross-functional partners, prioritize high impact activities, and keep complex projects moving forward.
● Strong growth track record, with samples and results of past campaigns.
● Outstanding written, oral and organizational ability.
● Proficient with Analytics.
● Excellent written and oral communications skills.
