- Float Pool RN will maximize their earning potential with stackable shift differentials: $4.00 for nights, $4.00 for weekends, $3.25 for evenings.
Responsibilities of a Float Pool RN:
- Utilize theoretical concepts as the foundation for making practice-based decisions, ensuring high-quality care for patients.
- Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate individualized nursing care, making a significant impact on patient well-being.
Qualifications for Float Pool RN:
- Graduate of an accredited School of Nursing, equipped with the skills to excel in your role.
- Hold a current Oklahoma Registered Nurse License or Compact State License, ensuring compliance with regulations.
- Possess a valid BLS Certification.
