Project Manager

• Millwork (Kitchen – Closets – Bath) Project Manager
• Responsibilities:
• As the Millwork Project Manager, you will help with managing complex millwork development projects
• You will be responsible for driving the day-to-day activities to meet the overall program objectives, product integration, and ensure quality of installations
• You will coordinate with production department and with installaers to ensure all aspects of each project are compatible and in sync
• Create and maintain project timelines
• Help define project scope and installation quality control
• Identify and direct all resources required to execute successful projects
• Work closely with Production Management to define and prioritize project schedules.
• Understand technical and installation issues and drive them to closure
• Track project performance, specifically to analyze the successful completion of short- and long-term goals
• Direct installation of some projects
• Grow the installation team.

• Qualifications

• 3 years of millwork or carpentry project management experience
• Excellent communication, organizational, and leadership skills
• Experience with ACad software is a plus.
• Capable of reading architectural shop and production drawings.
• Navigates ambiguity and drive decision making
• Proven record of working in fast-paced environments

• Experience working with overseas hardware
