As a Community Manager, you will be tasked with lead our community staff to achieve excellence, help our potential residents find their new dream home, and assuring our current residents never imaging leaving our community.
What We Need from You:
- High School Diploma or equivalent.
- At least 2 years multi-family community management experience or at least 4 years in a leadership role within a multi-family community.
- Strong leadership skills customer service abilities, and verbal / written communication skills.
- Proven ability to recognize the smallest details, plan accordingly, budget time and meet deadlines.
- Ability to analyze computerized rent rolls, receivable and payable reports and monthly financial reporting materials.
- Must be proficient in MS Office Suite including Word and Excel.
- Maintain working knowledge of Fair Housing laws, rules and regulations concerning apartment leasing and management.
- Must have a valid Driver’s License.
- Entrata experience preferred.
- CAM certification preferred.
