Join ISG’s Landscape Architecture team in the Green Bay, Minneapolis West, Bloomington or Des Moines offices, then roll up your sleeves and dig in. This job will be like none other. It will be challenging but oh so rewarding. Critical prior experience should include landscape architecture and/or urban design. You will strengthen your design and use your problem-solving muscles daily through the full spectrum of professional practice – hand drawing, field analysis, public meetings, digital study, detailing, and technical specifications. You will mentor up, down, and across the professions and regions of ISG.
You will be an ISG Employee Owner working collaboratively with your fellow employee owners to provide clients with creative solutions. As a member of a fully-integrated team, you will work with clients to provide optimized design and planning services. You will assist clients with realizing what is possible on their sites. As part of a larger fully integrated team, you get the satisfaction of guiding your client through completion and beyond.

We're looking for someone with strong passion for landscape architecture and urban design, who thinks and designs with sustainability and creativity to deliver the best analysis and options for our clients. Here's a few details:

ESSENTIAL DUTIES
- Provide value with a winning employee owner attitude!
- Understand and promote the ISG brand and vision.
- Create accurate and inspiring deliverables for multiple projects.
- Collaborate and perform site planning and design for a range of project scales.
- Create landscape plans, site furnishing plans, and site details.
- Assist with project specifications.
- Review and apply city and regulatory agency requirements for projects.
- Commitment to design excellence and establishing lasting client relationships.
- Be accountable for prioritizing and coordinating multiple project deliverables.
- Assist in the development of cost estimates and project scheduling.
- Participate in field work for projects in the form of site inventory and analysis and assist with construction administration.
QUALIFICATIONS
- Working towards professional license in Landscape Architecture is preferred but not essential.
- At least 1-5 years of experience in a similar role.
- Exceptional organization and communication skills through writing, computer drawing, and oral presentations.
- Proficiency in Adobe CS, AutoCAD (Civil 3D preferred)
- Proficiency in Revit and Sketchup are a plus but not required.
- Demonstrated ability to understand and apply design principles at a high level.
- A strong passion for collaboration, design, and problem-solving.
