We are looking for a Retail Assistant Manager to oversee the day-to-day management and operations of our retail store. The ideal candidate will have a background in customer service, enjoy dealing with the public and be able to oversee the activities of all employees in our store. Responsibilities:
- Stock merchandise throughout the store.
- Greet customers and assist them with purchasing items.
- Handle customer complaints and resolve them.
- Train employees on the operation of their assigned area of the store.
- Assist in developing sales promotions, advertising campaigns, and special events.
