Role Description
As a Sushi Chef, you will be responsible for handling a diverse range of raw fish and ingredients, preparing various types of sushi with an unwavering focus on quality, and managing sushi-related inventory. The ideal candidate will thrive in a fast-paced environment, possess exceptional attention to detail, and demonstrate a deep understanding of traditional and contemporary sushi techniques.
